HOUSTON (KXAN) -- Not many teenagers are in the news quite as much as Texas freshman quarterback Arch Manning. The highly-touted recruit joins the Longhorns with a well-known name and very high expectations.In the modern-day college athletics landscape, Name Image and Likeness (NIL) has greatly changed the way student athletes can market themselves and make money. Athletes have struck deals with all sorts of organizations, like former Texas star running back Bijan Robinson working with Lamborghini Austin.While Manning has not played a down of football at the college level yet, his name value is on par with some of the biggest in the sport. ALBANY, N.Y. (WTEN) -- Gov. Kathy Hochul said a "conceptual agreement" has been reached on the fiscal year 2024 New York state budget. The budget is roughly $229 billion. The ambulance parked outside the Ukrainian American Cultural Center will soon be saving lives in Ukraine. It's part of the work of a group called Ukraine Focus based in Virginia. Police are searching for a missing girl who disappeared in Orange County on Wednesday.The teen was identified as 15-year-old Alicia Alfaro by the La Habra Police Department.Alfaro was last seen on the 800 block of West Lambert Road around 10 p.m., according to police.She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall with short black hair and brown eyes.
